When I used to pratice only weights ,for specific muscles ,yes it gave me results with more muscle mass ,but once I stop pratice for 3mnths max I will definitely loose the gained muscles.And mudgar helps to strengthen your muscles,tones muscle and excellent mobility specially for wrist.
