Refund, Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

A small honest note: We are a small team building premium handcrafted products. This policy is written in easy language so customers know exactly what is fair, what is covered, and how we help when there is a real issue.
1) Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as early as possible. We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order.
If your order has not entered production or dispatch process yet, we will still do our best to help. If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
2) Return Policy for Orders in India
For eligible orders within India, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
This means if you receive an eligible product and want to return it, you must contact us within 7 days after delivery.
To be eligible for return, the product should be:
- unused
- in original condition
- returned with original packaging, if possible
- not damaged because of misuse, rough handling, water damage, dropping, impact, or improper use.
3) Free Return Shipping for Eligible India Returns
For approved and eligible returns within India, Mudgar Club will handle the return shipping cost.
In simple words, the customer does not have to pay return shipping for approved eligible returns in India.
If pickup is available in your area, we will try to arrange pickup. If pickup is not available, we may ask you to ship the product back and we will guide you properly. In approved cases, the return shipping amount will be supported by us.
4) Which Products Are Eligible for Return
Standard non-personalized products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, if they meet the return conditions mentioned above.
This generally applies to products that are not personalized, not custom engraved, not specially made on custom request, and unused in proper condition.
5) Which Products Are Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Return
Because many of our products are handcrafted specially for the customer, some products are not eligible for return if the reason is only change of mind.
These usually include:
- custom engraved products
- personalized products
- made-to-order products
- products made on special size, finish, or custom request
- products that have already been used
- products damaged after delivery because of misuse, improper storage, impact, dropping, throwing, or rough handling.
Please also understand that wood is a natural material. Slight variation in grain, texture, shade, or natural wood pattern is normal and is not considered a defect.
Small natural differences in handcrafted products are part of the character of handmade work.
6) If You Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged product, defective product, wrong product, or a product with a genuine manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:
- your order number
- clear photos of the product
- photos of the outer packaging
- clear video of the issue
- unboxing video, if available
Once we check the details, we will support you properly. Depending on the case, we may offer a free replacement, full refund, or another fair solution.
If the issue is from our side, we will bear the related shipping cost.
7) Replacement for Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a genuine manufacturing defect under normal use, we offer support and replacement review for up to 3 months from delivery.
This applies only to real manufacturing problems, not damage caused later by external reasons.
This does not cover:
- misuse or improper training
- dropping the product or hitting it on hard surfaces
- throwing the product or intentional damage
- exposure to water, moisture, or poor storage
- normal wear and tear with use
- natural wood variation
- minor finish changes that may happen over time in handmade wooden products
8) Refund Process
Once your return, cancellation, or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In some cases it may take a little longer depending on the payment system, but from our side we will process it within the approved timeline.
9) Exchange Policy
We do not offer open-ended exchanges like a fashion brand. If there is a genuine problem from our side, we may offer a replacement.
So in simple words:
- we support replacement in genuine issue cases
- we do not offer casual exchange just because someone changed their mind later
10) International Orders
For international orders, shipping cost, customs process, and return logistics are much higher. So for international orders, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns.
However, if the product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with proper photos and video.
After checking the case, we will offer a fair resolution depending on the situation. This may include replacement support, partial refund, full refund of product value in serious cases, or another suitable solution.
Custom duties, taxes, and country-specific import charges are generally non-refundable unless legally required.
11) A Small Honest Note from us
We are building Mudgar Club with a lot of care, honesty, and effort.
We are not trying to hide behind difficult policy language. We simply want a system that is fair for both customer and brand.
If there is a real issue, we will help. If the mistake is from our side, we will take
responsibility.
And if a product has been specially made, engraved, or customized only for one customer, then we hope customers also understand why such orders cannot be returned just because of a change of mind.
