About The Host

Meet Anjit Suhag, a fitness enthusiast whose journey began with a love for running in 2017.


As a skilled yoga instructor, Anjit's life changed when he discovered the ancient art of mudgar in 2020. Realizing that many people, especially women, didn't know about mudgar, Anjit felt a strong urge to make it accessible to all.


Driven by his newfound passion, Anjit founded MudgarClub to bring mudgar to every home.
Inspired by the vision of empowering others, Anjit aims to help people transform their fitness journey through mudgar, just like how traditional tools like mudgar can enhance strength and balance.


Anjit noticed that many women believed mudgar was only for men, so he began encouraging them to join. Now, at Mudgar Club, half of the students are women. Anjit's mission is to empower everyone, regardless of gender, to feel healthy and strong through mudgar practice.


Not stopping there, Anjit also offers high-quality mudgars at affordable prices worldwide. He believes that everyone should have access to quality equipment to practice mudgar without financial barriers.

What is the duration of a batch at Mudgar Club?

Each batch at Mudgar Club consists of 20 sessions spread over 28 days

When do students receive their mudgar after enrolling?

Students will receive their mudgar within 20 to 25 days of enrollment, ensuring it arrives before the classes begin.

What percentage of our body gets trained with the exercises in the course?

The course focuses on training approximately 70% of the upper body and 30% of the lower body. The upper body exercises include movements like push-ups, shoulder presses, and bicep curls. The lower body exercises primarily target squats and lunges for a balanced workout.

What is the weight of the mudgar provided to students?

We provide 2–3 kg mudgars for female students and 4–5 kg mudgars for male students.

Is there an option to pay the fee in installments?

No, the payment must be made in a single transaction. Installment options are not available.

Do students get access to class recordings?

Yes, after each class, students receive a recorded session via OneDrive. They are granted lifetime access to these recordings, allowing them to revisit the sessions anytime for continued practice and learning.

Do we receive a certification after completing the course?

Yes, students will receive a certification upon completing the course. The certification will be provided online in PDF format.
