Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

1) Cancellation (Order Cancel)

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible because your product usually moves into crafting/engraving/packing (handmade work).

Refund for cancelled orders:

  • If your cancellation is accepted (within 24 hours), refund is initiated in 5-7 business days.

 

2) Returns (Change of Mind)

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Example: "I don't want it now", "I ordered by mistake", "I changed my decision".
Reason: our products are handcrafted and many orders include custom engraving. Once we start making it, we cannot resell it like a factory product.

 

3) Damaged or Wrong Item Received (Delivery Issue)

If your product is damaged in delivery or you receive a wrong item, we are here to help. You must inform us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

Please share proof:

  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended).
  • Clear photos of the damage.
  • Photos of the outer box and packaging.
  • Order number

Solution for India orders:

  • After verification, we provide a free replacement.
  • Replacement time: up to 4 weeks (handcrafted + shipping time).

 

4) 3-Month Replacement Guarantee (Manufacturing Defect)

We provide a 3-month replacement guarantee for manufacturing defects or breakage in normal use.

Not covered:

  • Misuse, wrong training, throwing, or intentional damage.
  • Normal wear and tear (small scratches, dents, wood marks).

How to claim:

  • Email/WhatsApp with photos/videos and your order number.
  • After verification, replacement time is up to 4 weeks (India).

 

5) International Orders

International replacements are not offered because shipping is too costly. If your international order is damaged during delivery, report within 72 hours with photos and an unboxing video. After verification, we refund the product value only (shipping cost is not refundable). Customs duty (if any) is paid by the customer in their country. We do not include customs duty in the product price. Shipping charges are shown at checkout when the customer selects their country. The total shown at checkout includes product + shipping.

 

6) Refund Timeline (After Approval)

If a refund is approved, we initiate it in 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
