Shipping policy

We handcraft every product with care. This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders in a simple and honest way.

 

Processing / Crafting Time

       Most orders are handcrafted after you place the order.

     Crafting + packing usually takes 12-15 working days before dispatch.

       During high demand or workshop holidays, it may take a little longer (we will keep you updated).

 

Shipping Charges

       For India and international orders, shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

 

       For international orders, shipping is calculated after you select your country and is included in the total shown at checkout.

 

Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

       India: usually 3-7 working days (remote areas may take a few extra days).

       International: usually around 10 days after dispatch (it can vary by country and customs).

 

Order Tracking

       Once your order is shipped, we share the tracking link/number on email (and WhatsApp when possible).

 

       Tracking updates depend on the courier system, but we will help if anything looks stuck.

 

International Orders - Currency & Customs

       Checkout may show prices in INR. You are charged in your local currency by your bank/payment provider.

 

       Customs duty/import taxes (if any) are paid by the customer in the destination country.

       Customs clearance can sometimes add delays - this is outside our control.

 

Damaged Parcel (Report Within 7 Days)

       If your parcel arrives damaged, please inform us within 7 Days of delivery.

       Send clear photos + an unboxing video (very helpful) + your order number.

       India orders: after verification, we send a free replacement (handcrafted, so it can take up to 4 weeks).

 

       International orders: we do not send replacements (shipping is too costly). After verification, we refund the product value (shipping is not refunded).


Address & Delivery Attempts

       Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout.

       If a parcel returns to us due to an incomplete address or the customer being unreachable, we can reship it. Extra shipping cost may apply.
