What makes this different?Mudgar Club already offers the traditional Indian Gada. This is different. We have taken the standardized modern fitness profile and applied our woodcraft expertise to it.
Instead of cold, mass-produced steel, you get a balanced, hand-finished wooden tool that feels alive in your hands. It connects the standardized efficiency of modern fitness with the soul of traditional craftsmanship.

CARE & MAINTENANCE GUIDE
- Use Regularly: Regular use nourishes the wood with natural oils, enhancing durability.
- Protect from Sunlight: Train in the sun, but store in a shaded, dry place to prevent drying.
- Avoid Water:Keep away from rain or wet areas to protect the wood.
- No Oiling Needed:The polish ensures protection; just keep it dry after use.
- Handle Gently:Avoid dropping to prevent minor cracks.

Every piece is handcrafted to order. We take 7–10 days to craft and prepare your order. After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 8–10 days.

I’ve been using the wooden mace and push-up bars for a while now, and here’s my honest experience:
The wooden mace feels sturdy, well-balanced, and comfortable to grip, even during longer sessions. It’s actually more challenging than it looks — especially for shoulders, core stability, and overall coordination. Mace training isn’t just about strength; it also demands rhythm, mobility, and focus, which really surprised me. The push-up bars are a great addition too. They reduce wrist strain compared to regular floor push-ups and make workouts feel smoother and more controlled.
If you enjoy functional training or want to explore traditional strength methods at home, this setup is definitely worth trying. I’m still learning and improving, but I genuinely enjoy the process — it feels different from my usual workouts, and that’s exactly why I like it.
