I’ve been using the wooden mace and push-up bars for a while now, and here’s my honest experience:
The wooden mace feels sturdy, well-balanced, and comfortable to grip, even during longer sessions. It’s actually more challenging than it looks — especially for shoulders, core stability, and overall coordination. Mace training isn’t just about strength; it also demands rhythm, mobility, and focus, which really surprised me. The push-up bars are a great addition too. They reduce wrist strain compared to regular floor push-ups and make workouts feel smoother and more controlled.
If you enjoy functional training or want to explore traditional strength methods at home, this setup is definitely worth trying. I’m still learning and improving, but I genuinely enjoy the process — it feels different from my usual workouts, and that’s exactly why I like it.
