It is made to make you toned up in right way,like in earlier times warrior clan do. Right way to pull up,free the shoulder and one best thing is that its not hurt muscle which normally people get hurt during pull up. Nice quality of wood,everything is excellent

The quality of the board is very good. Its sturdy and stable. Not very heavy. No wood splinterrs etc. Nicely polished. The ordering process is the only pain point. They start manufacturing AFTER you place the order. So it could be a month by the time you receive it from the date of order.
